Ciusa Guasta is a small vineyard of only 0.6 acres planted with Cabernet Franc. it produces only 450 magnum bottles not for sale.
Pierpaolo uses this vineyard to do experiments with biodynamic treatments. He prunes each plant one by one taking care of them like babies.
The wine Ciusa Guasta cannot be bought. To have it you just have to become a good friend of Pierpaolo, which is quite easy.
