Collecapretta is a family-owned winery in Spoleto, with inherited vineyards of 80 years of age, that we made a recent visit to, to discuss with them how they chose to get into winemaking and some of the choices they make at their vineyard that makes the wine special to them. In this video, Anna Mattioli shows us how she prunes her vines throughout the seasons, since she is the one who tends to the vines.
